Self-Employment / Company Formation Permit (Art. 67)
Unique permit for foreigners running their own registered business in Albania. Requires registration at the National Business Center (QKB) and a favorable economic-interest evaluation by a committee under the Minister of Economy/Finance. Valid up to 3 years; route to PR after 3 years if successful.
