Estonian Startup Visa / Startup Residence Permit

The Estonian Startup Visa allows non-EU founders of innovative, scalable, technology-based startups to relocate and grow their company in Estonia. The startup must hold a positive evaluation from the Startup Estonia expert committee and have at least an MVP with initial traction.
