Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.) Formation
Establishing a Slovak limited liability company (spolocnost s rucenim obmedzenym). Only the company's authorised representative (konatel) may use the company as the basis for a business residence permit.

Set up the company
Set the name/activity/seat and draft the Memorandum of Association with verified signatures.

Obtain the trade licence
Obtain the trade licence for the company's intended activity from the Trade Licensing Office.

File the registry-court motion
File the motion to the registry court (official form, Memorandum x2, property-use entitlement, trade-licence certificate x2, deposit-administrator declaration, tax-administrator consent) within 90 days of founding. The company exists from its Commercial Registry entry.

Apply for business residence as konatel
Only the authorised representative (konatel) may then apply for the business residence permit.
