Process Steps

    File qualification online

    File the digital-nomad qualification application plus the sworn declaration electronically via e-tramits.

  2. 2

    Ministry evaluation

    The Ministry of Economy evaluates the application within 15 business days and issues a favorable or unfavorable resolution.

  3. 3

    File residence in person

    On a favorable resolution, attach it to a residence-permit file and file in person at the Servei d'Immigracio with economic self-sufficiency proof.

  4. 4

    Register

    On grant, register at the comu within 3 months.
