Student Residence Permit
Third-country nationals admitted to an accredited higher education institution in Cyprus for a full-time course leading to a recognised qualification may obtain a student residence permit. The permit is valid for up to 1 year and is renewable annually for the duration of the study programme. Applications are examined jointly by the Migration Department and the Ministry of Education.
