Requirements

  • Registered Moldovan legal entity (via ASP)
  • Investment of 30-200+ forecasted average salaries OR creation of at least 1 job at the average wage (higher tiers for longer validity)
  • Proof of accommodation (ownership or registered lease)
  • Medical insurance and proof of subsistence
  • Investment confirmation from an accredited auditor OR income-tax-withholding statement proving job creation
  • Apostilled/legalized criminal record (incl. countries of 2+ years prior residence)

    Register the Moldovan legal entity with the Public Services Agency (ASP).
