Long-Term Residence (Investor Residency - de facto PR)
This pathway has been superseded by the relaunched Golden and Silver Visa programme effective 31 August 2025. The Golden Visa (10-year, OMR 500,000, fee OMR 551) and Silver Visa (5-year, OMR 250,000, fee OMR 326) replace the previous two-tier OMR 200,000/500,000 structure.
