Estonian Citizenship by Naturalisation
Naturalisation as an Estonian citizen for adults who have resided in Estonia for at least 8 years (at least the last 5 on a permanent basis), passed the Estonian language exam, and passed the examination on the Constitution and the Citizenship Act. Estonia generally does not allow dual citizenship for naturalised citizens.

Meet residence requirement
