Student Type D Visa + Temporary Residence Permit (Study)
Foreign students obtain an Invitation to Study from a licensed institution, then a Type D student visa, then a TRP valid for the duration of studies.

Obtain Invitation to Study
Apply via https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua to a licensed institution and obtain a registered Invitation to Study.

Apply for Type D student visa
Submit the Invitation + visa documents at a Ukrainian embassy/consulate; provide biometrics.

Enter Ukraine and apply for TRP
Submit TRP application at DMSU/TsNAP, pay ~UAH 1,140, provide biometrics; TRP valid for study duration.
