ADEM labour market test
Employer declares the vacancy to ADEM; if no suitable candidate within 3 weeks, obtains a certificate authorising the hire of a third-country national.

Applicant submits on plain paper to the General Department of Immigration (from the country of residence) with passport copy, criminal record, CV, diplomas, signed contract and original ADEM certificate. Processing max 4 months; valid 90 days.
