Seasonal work permit and residence
Permits seasonal employment in agriculture, horticulture, tourism, and related sectors for up to 9 months per calendar year. From December 1, 2025, the seasonal work permit fee is 100 PLN and the employer declaration registration fee is 400 PLN (increased from 100 PLN), per the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of November 20, 2025 (Journal of Laws 2025 item 1622). Cases initiated before December 1, 2025 follow previous fee rules.
